Vancouver Port Congestion

Congestion continues to worsen in the port of Vancouver with delays due to forest fires in British Columbia and record volumes of cargo coming through the port.

Trans-Pacific Ocean Carriers have advised that additional port congestion related surcharges may be implemented effective Sept 1, 2021 for cargo arriving thereafter. We are monitoring the communication received to date and will communicate the relevant quantums as they are finalized.
